Chalisa Villas are a family-run establishment, hidden in an old coconut plantation amongst other homes and privately owned villas, surrounded by many coconut, banana and mango trees.
We are a perfect retreat for couples, families or friends wanting to enjoy the tranquillity of island life combined with spacious living at a reasonable price.
Our resort consists of two holiday villas. Each villa has two bedrooms, kitchen, own private pool and out door patio providing a balance of comfort, luxury and style.
The road to our villas is easily accessible by walking and there are no steep hills or bumpy roads to climb.
Our location is ideal, with Sairee Beach and Village just a 10 min stroll away. Sairee beach’s gorgeous white sand and crystal clear blue water is the perfect place to spend the day whether you like to swim, snorkel, or simply relax in the sun.
In Sairee Village you can find fresh fruit/produce market, local Thai market, ATM machines, souvenir shops, cafés, restaurants and bars, spas, spas, everything to make your holiday enjoyable.

Well, where do we start with our amazing holiday experience in Koh Tao and our accomodation and service at Chalisa!! Nikki our 'personal assistant' pocket rocket was an absolute gem right from the start with her wealth of local knowledge from suggesting snorkelling sites, beaches, local attractions, dining, the best coffee and who could forget the Barracuda seafood, sunset, cocktail experience!!! OMG I'm missing it already! The villa was incredible, comfortable and cool, spacious, private and the amenities and features from Netflix and having our own private pool and fresh spring water everyday such a welcome relief from the heat! We are hooked on this little piece of paradise and I only hope and pray that when we come to Koh Tao again the villa is not booked out for us!!!

We stayed here with my sister family for 5days. It was great holiday felt like a home. It was good organized for the family such as kitchen stuffs, shower towels, snorkeling gear, water bag, books, mosquitoes coil and many many things. Also they provide free booking services for the ferry and rent motorbike without any trike problem. Nikky was very kind greetings and helped us during we stayed. The location is just 7 minuets from sairee beach and 5 minuets from the town. The Mini mart and laundry shop was nearby the villa even cheaper than 7 eleven. We had a lots of fun and good time in this villa. Thanks!!!
